Cask Night: Clear Creek Pale

Join us Wednesday, January 17th, for an extra-special dry-hopped, cask-conditioned iteration of Clear Creek Pale Ale with Centennial and Bru-1 hops.

Silver City Brewery pint glass included with purchase! (While supplies last)

What is cask conditioned ale, and how is it different than typical draft ale?

A cask of ale is "conditioned" or allowed to undergo a second
fermentation in the actual cask from which it is served.

In this old world method, used in British pubs for centuries, the beer is naturally carbonated and in it's most natural state. The beer is tapped and served without adding CO2 gas and is allowed to warm and vent throughout the evening.

*While supplies last. Limit one take-home glass per guest. Cask will be tapped at NOON.
