“Funky XO” (Draft Exclusive) -

Last year’s XO Belgian Black Bier makes a return for V-Day AND for BelgianFest 2019.  With plenty of XO to go around, we acquired enough to fill 2 wooden barrels and then inoculated them with ‘house character’ (house blend brettanomyces and brewers bacteria).  This beer has been developing since April, ‘18,  and the beer presented is a blend of the two barrels.

Beers will be paired with chocolate truffles by

local chocolatier, ChocMo! From 5pm-6pm, we will have a guided tasting and meet & greet with Peter, the owner of ChocMo
